Oath Complete

Ok, so, Aprils Oath is complete, 5 Assault Terminators with Thunder Hammers and Storm Shields.

The oath this is going really well, the group is at 142 members as of speaking, had about 30 Oaths made for this month, 4 hours left to get it all complete!

Got 18 sponsors now, at least £400 worth of prizes are either here to will be shipped out, I'm really impressed!

Anyway, time for some minis, for these I did my usual Minotaur routine, except for the first time on infantry, with an airbrush, I really like them, the shields use a purple and yellow glaze contrast to make them really shine.

Oath Progress and Oath Group Progress

Ok, so I've been working on my shanty town, it's now 10 buildings and takes up at least a 2'x2' square tile, which is excellent, two are missing from the photo as they were being primed!

My Minotaur Terminators are looking really good, a lot of work on them this week, the shields are looking really nice

The Oath group currently has 113 members, 12 sponsors and 20 oaths made so far, it's going from strength to strength! Really proud of it so far!

Painting Oaths and other things

Wow, ok, so my plan to start using this again didn't exactly plan out!

Hobby wise, its been an interesting month, I decided to take an idea from the SA Forums, the Oath Thread and turn it in to something smaller for my friends and other local hobbyists, so,

I made a group, so far, I've managed to rope in some companies to offer prize support, which is awesome, hopefully I can get a few more on board.

Other than that, there has been a lot of converting and some terrain building, ok, a lot of terrain building, I've build a whole Shanty town, still needs painting, but its looking pretty good so far!

I also painted some Minotaurs, here is the plasma gunner dude, i've since brightened this up

The Agema, the Honor Guard for the 5th Company of the Minotaur heads, using Anvil Industry Heads, they looks great, managed to reposition the banner guy too
